My passions are fine food, photography and travel, Jeffrey Akerson comments with certainty. He was born and raised on the East Coast, in New Hampshire. There, he established himself as a Gourmet Chef, owning his own catering service and gourmet cheesecake store. Jeff has worked in many fine dinning restaurants in the United States including the National Academy of Sciences. Jeff also loves to ride Harley Davidsons in his free time.

About photography, Jeffrey photographs subjects often involves travel though out the United States. The main focus being landscape and wildlife. Splitting his time between Alaska and Montana this summer. Jeffrey is photographing for his upcoming book due out next year.
